POHA.

Poha is easy and a healthy maharashtrian breakfast. It is made up of flattened rice and is popular in maharashtra and Gujarat. Poha with selected veggies, peanut and lemon tastes perfectly delicious. I am sure you should also have grown up eating poha in the breakfast. Here is my nutritious recipe to make this traditional breakfast. Check it out... 😃 INGREDIENTS: Poha - 2 cups. Chopped onion - 1 medium. Chopped potato - 1. Mustard seeds. Cumin seeds. 8-10 Curry leaves. Chopped green chilly - 1 Peanuts - 2 tbsp. Turmeric powder. Lemon juice - 2 tsp Sugar - 1 tbsp. Oil. Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp. RECIPE: Wash poha in a strainer gently with your fingers in running water. Sprinkle salt and sugar over it and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add veggies(except potato), salt, curry leaves and peanuts in the pan. Cook veggies for a minute. Add potatoes and salt according to potatoes. Mix and cover the pan until
