Check this out!😊 INGREDIENTS : Leftover Idli (Refridgerated). Oil. Red chilly powder. Chaat masala or pav bhaji masala. RECIPE : Cut the leftover refrigerated Idlis into fingers. Heat oil in a pan till medium hot or suitable for deep frying. Add idli fingers into hot oil and fry till golden brown or till fingers become crispy from outside. Drain the fried idlis on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle red chilly powder, chaat masala or pav bhaji masala and mix well. Serve immediately.
