POHA.

Poha is easy and a healthy maharashtrian breakfast. It is made up of flattened rice and is popular in maharashtra and Gujarat. Poha with selected veggies, peanut and lemon tastes perfectly delicious. I am sure you should also have grown up eating poha in the breakfast. Here is my nutritious recipe to make this traditional breakfast. Check it out... 😃 INGREDIENTS: Poha - 2 cups. Chopped onion - 1 medium. Chopped potato - 1. Mustard seeds. Cumin seeds. 8-10 Curry leaves. Chopped green chilly - 1 Peanuts - 2 tbsp. Turmeric powder. Lemon juice - 2 tsp Sugar - 1 tbsp. Oil. Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp. RECIPE: Wash poha in a strainer gently with your fingers in running water. Sprinkle salt and sugar over it and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add veggies(except potato), salt, curry leaves and peanuts in the pan. Cook veggies for a minute. Add potatoes and salt according to potatoes. Idli Fry Recipe

Idli fry is an easy and yummy dish made up from leftover idlis. This delicious snack can also be used as an appetizer before any meal or can also be used as evening snack to complement your hot tea.This will gonna be a great offering if sudden guests are coming over. Check this out!😊 INGREDIENTS : Leftover Idli (Refridgerated). Oil. Red chilly powder. Chaat masala or pav bhaji masala. RECIPE : Cut the leftover refrigerated Idlis into fingers. Heat oil in a pan till medium hot or suitable for deep frying. Add idli fingers into hot oil and fry till golden brown or till fingers become crispy from outside. Drain the fried idlis on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle red chilly powder, chaat masala or pav bhaji masala and mix well. Serve immediately. Sandwiches are easy and delicious to eat anytime to relieve your hunger. Meanwhile, you can do many variations in its stuffing. Yogurt is also one of its variations which is easy and yummy as well. You can grill it, toast the pieces of bread separately before stuffing or just simply eat it plain. It is delicious and tempting in all three of them. I am back again with paneer. Paneer Nuggets is a deep fried paneer based recipe. It is a perfect snack to accompany you at the tea time. Please have a look.... INGREDIENTS:  For Marination:- Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp. Red chili powder- according to taste. Green chili- chopped. Salt- according to taste. Lemon juice-1 tbsp. Coriander leaves - chopped 2 tbsp. pepper - crushed(1/2 tsp). Panner Cubes- Big size(8 cubes). For Batter:- Corn flour - 1/4 cup. All purpose flour/maida - 2 tbsp. Pepper - crushed(1/2 tsp). Salt - According to taste. Water - 1/2 cup. For Deep Frying:- Cooking oil. 1/2 cup bread crumbs / crushed corn flakes. RECIPE:  Take a large mixing bowl and mix ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, chopped green chili, salt, pepper, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix properly. Palak Paneer

Personally, I am just dying heart fan of paneer and I strongly believe that it's fascinating in all of its variants. Palak paneer is also one of its wannabes. It is easy and yummy at home. Check it out. INGREDIENTS:- Spinach - 500gms. paneer - 200gm (cubes). Refined oil - 2 tbsp. cumin seed - 1/2 spoon. Kasuri methi - 2 spoons. Bay leaf. Tomato- 2. Green chilly - 2. Ginger. Garlic. Onion - chopped. Cream - 2 tbsp. Salt. Red chilly powder. Garam masala. Turmeric powder. Asafoetida / Hing. RECIPE: Rinse the spinach and boil it in a container for 5-6 minutes. After boiling, put it immediately in an ice cold water. This helps to preserve green color of spinach. Drain the ice cold water and add the spinach in the blender with chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Make a smooth puree. Heat oil in a pan and put cumin seeds and bay leaf.
