INGREDIENTS:
For Marination:-
- Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp.
 - Red chili powder- according to taste.
 - Green chili- chopped.
 - Salt- according to taste.
 - Lemon juice-1 tbsp.
 - Coriander leaves - chopped 2 tbsp.
 - pepper - crushed(1/2 tsp).
 - Panner Cubes- Big size(8 cubes).
 
For Batter:-
- Corn flour - 1/4 cup.
 - All purpose flour/maida - 2 tbsp.
 - Pepper - crushed(1/2 tsp).
 - Salt - According to taste.
 - Water - 1/2 cup.
 
For Deep Frying:-
- Cooking oil.
 - 1/2 cup bread crumbs / crushed corn flakes.
 
RECIPE: 
- Take a large mixing bowl and mix ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, chopped green chili, salt, pepper, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix properly.
 - Now coat this paste to paneer cubes.
 - Cover this bowl and allow to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
 - Meanwhile, Take another bowl and mix corn flour, all purpose flour/maida, pepper, and salt.
 - Add water and make a lump-free and flowing consistency batter.
 - Now, dip the marinated paneer into maida paste
 - Coat with bread crumbs/ crushed corn flakes covering all the sides.
 - Deep fry in hot cooking oil. Fry till golden brown.
 
SERVE HOT WITH GREEN CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP.😋
