INGREDIENTS:
For Dough :
- Maida - 1 cup.
 - Rava/sooji - 2 tbsp.
 - Ajwain - 1/4tsp.
 - Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
 - Oil - 2 tbsp.
 - Salt.
 - Water.
 
For Stuffing :
- Boiled potato - 2-3.(meshed)
 - Green chili - chopped.
 - Turmeric powder.
 - Chilli powder.
 - Dry mango powder/ amchur.
 - cumin powder.
 - coriander seeds.
 - coriander leaves - chopped.
 - Garam masala powder.
 - Ginger-garlic paste.
 - Salt.
 
For Maida Paste :
- Maida.
 - Water.
 
For Deep Frying :
- Cooking oil.
 
RECIPE:
- Take all the ingredients of preparing a dough in a large mixing bowl and knead properly.
 - Cover it and rest for 30 minutes.
 - Take another bowl and mix all the ingredients mentioned above for stuffing.
 - Take ingredients of maida paste in a bowl and mix properly to make lump-free and flowing consistency maida paste.
 - Make a thin chapati from the dough and spread stuffing over it uniformly.
 - Roll it tightly and cut into medium sized pieces.
 - Dip these pieces in maida paste prepared above.
 - Fry them in hot cooking oil in a pan.
 - Fry till golden brown.
 
SERVE HOT WITH GREEN CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP.😋
