Curd rice also called yogurt rice is a dish of India.In South Indian home cuisine, it is standard to eat curd rice at the end of lunch and dinner, which helps ease the effects of the spicy main dishes. It is also said to aid digestion.

INGREDIENTS :
- Rice.
- Lemon Juice- 1tsp.
- Curd.
- Salt.
- Sugar.
- Coconut Oil - 2tsp.
- Dry Red Chilly.
- Mustard Seeds.
- Cumin Seeds.
- Split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal).
- Curry Leaf (Meethe Neem).
- Peanuts.
RECIPE :
- Take a pan and boil water.
- Add washed rice in the pan.
- Add lemon juice and let it boil.
- Then let it cool.
- Add curd, salt, sugar and rice prepared above in a bowl.
- Take a pan and add oil.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilly, peanuts and curry leaf in the hot oil.
- Add this tadka in the curd rice prepared above in the bowl.
