Perfect Pizza Dough.



We all love pizza. You can easily learn how to make it at home.
The hardest part in pizza making is the crust. Today i wanna share my perfect pizza dough recipe. Once you know how to make a perfect dough,you can turn it into anything your heart desires.

INGREDIENTS :
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 3 cups bread flour (You must use bread flour as bread flour means more gluten, which means chewy crust).

RECIPE :
  • Take a bowl and stir yeast and honey into warm water.Sit for 10 minutes. You can use sugar if you prefer but I seem to get better results with honey.
  • Pour in salt, oil and half the flour and mix. Once that flour is incorporated, start adding flour in bit by bit until you get the pizza dough to the consistency you want.
  • Knead for exactly 6 minutes. The dough should be smooth and easy to work with.
  • Lightly grease the bowl & the dough so it doesn't dry out, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise 1-2 hours.
  •  That's it! Use as desired.

CURD RICE RECIPE

Curd rice  also called  yogurt rice  is a dish of  India . In South Indian home cuisine, it is standard to eat curd rice at the end of lunch and dinner, which helps ease the effects of the spicy main dishes.  It is also said to aid digestion. Hope you will like it 😊 INGREDIENTS : Rice. Lemon Juice- 1tsp. Curd. Salt. Sugar. Coconut Oil - 2tsp. Dry Red Chilly. Mustard Seeds. Cumin Seeds. Split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal). Curry Leaf (Meethe Neem). Peanuts. RECIPE : Take a pan and boil water. Add washed rice in the pan. Add lemon juice and let it boil. Then let it cool.
