INGREDIENTS :
- All-purpose flour(maida).
 - salt to taste
 - 2 tsp oil
 - Water to knead the dough.
 - Cabbage leaf for placing in the tray
 - 2 tsp oil.
 - 2 cloves garlic.- chopped.
 - 1/2 medium sized chopped onion.
 - 1/4 cup shredded cabbage.
 - Salt
 - Pepper.
 - 1½ cup water.
 - 1 packet maggie masala.
 - 1 packet maggie noodles.
 - 1 packet maggie magic masala.
 - ½ tbsp soy sauce.
 - 1 tbsp vinegar.
 - 1 tbsp schezwan sauce.
 
RECIPE:
- Take 1 cup of maida, salt, and oil in a large mixing bowl.
 - Add water and knead a dough.
 - Brush some oil.
 - Cover and rest for 1 hr.
 - Heat oil in a pan.
 - Saute chopped garlic and vegetables.
 - Add Salt and pepper.
 - Add water and let it boil.
 - Add maggie noodles, maggie masala, and maggie magic masala and wait until it absorbs all water from the pan.
 - Add soy sauce, vinegar and schezwan sauce.
 - Roll the dough thin and cut into small round shape.
 - Place some filling in the centre and wet the edges.
 - Bring edges together to cover the filling. Twist to seal and fill the rest in the same way.
 - Steam for about 10 minutes.
 
SERVE HOT WITH SOY SAUCE AND CHILLY SAUCE.😋
