INGREDIENTS:
- Yogurt.
- Bread Slices.
- Salt.
- Red Pepper.
- Lemon Juice.
- Ginger-Garlic Paste.
- Onion.
- Red Chilly.
- Green Chilly.
- Oil.
FOR GARNISHING:
- Coriander Leaves.
RECIPE:
- Cut each bread slice into 4 pieces.
- Dip bread pieces in yogurt/Curd and leave the slices for almost half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin and mustard seeds in hot oil.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped green chilly, chopped red chilly and saute for 3-4 minutes.
- Add some yogurt in the above-prepared mixture.
- Add dipped bread pieces in the pan.
- Add salt (According to the taste), Red Pepper and Lemon juice.
- Drizzle some coriander leaves for garnishing.
Serve Hot. 😋
