Corn Chickpea Fritters.

INGREDIENTS: Chickpeas- 400gm (drained, rinsed). Milk- 1/2 cup. 2 eggs. Self-raising flour- 3/4 cup. 1 Zucchini. Corn kernels- 300 gm (drained.rinsed). Mint leaves- chopped. Green onions-3 (chopped). Salt. Red pepper powder. Olive oil. Chilly sauce. RECIPE: Roughly chop Chickpeas. Whisk milk and egg in a jug. Place flour in a bowl and add milk mixture gradually in the bowl, mix until smooth. Mix Chickpeas, Zucchini, Corn, Mint leaves and Onions in the mixture prepared above. Heat oil in a pan. Add some amount of mixture on the pan and spread a little using spatula. Khoya Pouch

Khoa or Khoya is a dairy product made by either dried whole milk or milk thickened by heating in an open iron pan. It is lower in moisture than typical fresh cheese. It is widely used for making sweets. This recipe is a sweet and delicious recipe of the fried pouches with the goodness of khoya. ENJOY THE RECIPE... 😃 INGREDIENTS: Khoa or Khoya. Sugar powder. Elaichi powder. Bread. Butter. Sugar. RECIPE: Take khoya in a pan and heat it. Take it in an another pan and let it cool down. Add sugar powder and elaichi powder.  Take a slice of bread. Apply some water and press it with hands. Place some above-prepared khoya mixture and pack it. Fry these pouches in the butter. Heat an another pan, add sugar and melt it. Unbaked Cheese Cake

Cheesecake is a dessert consisting of single or multiple layers. The uppermost layer consists mainly cheese (typically cream cheese). The Base is often made up of crushed cookies or digestive biscuits. Cheesecake is topped with fruits, nuts and cookies. Now you don't have to worry if required appliance to bake a cake are missing in your kitchen. You can still serve a cake on every occasion. ENJOY THE RECIPE.....😃 INGREDIENTS: Digestive biscuits. Butter. Curd. Fresh cream. Condensed milk. Fruits. Nuts. Cookies. Strawberry syrup.  RECIPE: Crush digestive biscuits in a container of the shape required for the base of your cake, add butter and mix well. Let it cool in a fridge for 1 hour. while it's cooling, take a bowl and add curd, cream and condensed milk. Mix well. Cheezy Crostini

Crostini  is an  Italian   appetizer  consisting of small slices of  bread  and toppings. The toppings may include a variety of different  cheeses  and  vegetables , or may be presented more simply with a brush of  olive oil  and  herbs  or a  sauce . 😃 I Hope you will like it. 😊 INGREDIENTS: Bread Butter Garlic- chopped. RECIPE: Fry finely chopped garlic in a pan and make a paste. Mix butter and garlic paste prepared above in a bowl. Apply this mixture over a slice of bread and place it over a hot pan. Cover this bread with a lid for 2 minutes. Mix finely chopped bell pepper(all three), red chilly, green chilly, baby corn, onion, ketchup, salt and black pepper. Garlic Bread Without Baking :)

Garlic bread  consists of bread  topped with garlic  and  olive oil  or butter and may include additional herbs.  This can be prepared at home easily and it really does tastes amazing. 😃 INGREDIENTS: Bread Slices. Cornflour. Salt. Red pepper powder. Water. Garlic paste. Chilly flakes. Oregano. Coriander leaves Oil. RECIPE:  Divide each bread slice into two pieces. Mix all the ingredients except bread pieces and oil in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Dip the bread pieces in the mixture and drop into the hot oil. Calzones :)

Calzones are small pocket pizza stuffed with the goodness of veggies and yummie cheese. In short, awsomeness overloaded. There is no need to spent a lot for this delicious dish. You can make it easily at home. HAVE A LOOK.. .😊 INGREDIENTS: Yeast. Sugar. Luke warm water. Multi purpose flour. Butter. Salt. Bell peppers- all 3. Baby corn. Salt. Red pepper powder. Chilly flakes. Origano. Seasoning. Onion. Pizza sauce. Mozzarella. RECIPE: Mix yeast, sugar and luke warm water in a bowl and leave this for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes add multi purpose flour, butter and salt. Make a dough and let it rest for 1 hour. While it is rising, heat butter in a pan and add all three onion, bell peppers, green chilly, red chilly and baby corn. Add salt, seasoning, chilly flakes, origano and red pepper powder. Roll the dough according to the size you want. Spread pizza sauce in 1/2 of the rolled dough. Veggie Masala Sandwich

Tasty veggies stuffed between slices of bread with delicious chutney, masala sandwich is surely a perfect evening snack for spice lovers out there. The spicy taste and goodness of veggies in a sandwich is complimented nicely by yoghurt and makes it a tempting and delicious recipe you have ever served to your loved ones. 😃 INGREDIENTS: Bread. Mayonnaise. Onion. Capsicum. Red Chilly. Green Chilly. Cabbage. Carrot.  Salt. Red Pepper Powder. Yoghurt. RECIPE: Finely chop all the veggies in a bowl. Add yoghurt in the chopped veggies. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Take two slices of bread and cut the edges.  Spread mayonnaise ( I used cheese and chilly. You can use any mayonnaise) and spread the mixture prepared in the bowl. Heat a pan and spread a little bit of butter. Put sandwich on the pan until slight brown. Yummy Veg Chowmien.

Chow Mein is a stir-fried noodle. This can be prepared at home easily and it really does tastes as amazing as in any Chinese restaurant.  I hope this will help you. 😃 INGREDIENTS: Cabbage. Carrot. Onion. Bell Pepper. Green Chilly. Red Chilly. Ginger-Garlic paste. Salt. Red pepper powder. Turmeric powder. Chilly sauce. Vinegar. Soya sauce. Oil. Cilantro leaves. RECIPE: Take around two liters of water and boil noodles in a pan till it becomes soft. After boiling, wash them with chilled water and grease some oil.  Heat oil in a pan and add Ginger-Garlic paste. Saute chopped onion, green chilly, red chilly, bell pepper, cabbage and carrot. Add boiled noodles and mix. add Salt according to taste, Red pepper powder, Turmeric powder. Add 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp Soya sauce. Mix well and add ketchup (optional). Cheesy Paneer Bread Roll

This is a nice and delicious combination of cheese and paneer. Paneer rolls are great as an appetiser and a compliment to starters for your parties, kitties or any get-together. It is very easy and fast to prepare at home. These are made with spicy and cheesy paneer rolled in bread and deep fried. INGREDIENTS: Grated paneer. Boiled corn pieces. Salt. Black Pepper. Red Pepper powder. Chaat masala. Onion. Green Chilly. Finely chopped Cilantro. Cilantro powder. Cheese (Any cheese). Milk. Bread. Oil. RECIPE: Mix all the ingredients except milk, bread and oil. Make sure the mixture should be soft enough to spread. You can add milk, if needed, Cut the edges of the bread and roll it using a roll pin. Spread a layer of mixture over the 3/4 of the bread slice and roll the remaining to make a cylindrical shape. You can also make any other shape. Heat oil in the pan. Drop these rolls in the hot oil and deep fry till light brown or till it become crispy.

Bread Pizza Recipe

Bread Pizza is more alike a small form of pizza. If you don't have much time to prepare dough then this is a quick and easy substitute that you can prepare easily anytime. Toasted bread is used as a base in this recipe and remaining all processes like toppings, baking and seasoning are same as in pizza recipe. INGREDIENTS: Bread. Butter (I used Garlic and Herbs. You can use any butter). Onion. Garlic paste. Tomato. Green Chilly. Red Chilly. Red, Green, Yellow, Orange Bell Pepper. Cheese (I used Mozzarella. You can use any hand on cheese). Salt.
