Cheesy Paneer Bread Roll




This is a nice and delicious combination of cheese and paneer. Paneer rolls are great as an appetiser and a compliment to starters for your parties, kitties or any get-together.
It is very easy and fast to prepare at home. These are made with spicy and cheesy paneer rolled in bread and deep fried.


INGREDIENTS:
  • Grated paneer.
  • Boiled corn pieces.
  • Salt.
  • Black Pepper.
  • Red Pepper powder.
  • Chaat masala.
  • Onion.
  • Green Chilly.
  • Finely chopped Cilantro.
  • Cilantro powder.
  • Cheese (Any cheese).
  • Milk.
  • Bread.
  • Oil.
RECIPE:
  • Mix all the ingredients except milk, bread and oil.
  • Make sure the mixture should be soft enough to spread. You can add milk, if needed,
  • Cut the edges of the bread and roll it using a roll pin.
  • Spread a layer of mixture over the 3/4 of the bread slice and roll the remaining to make a cylindrical shape. You can also make any other shape.
  • Heat oil in the pan.
  • Drop these rolls in the hot oil and deep fry till light brown or till it become crispy.
  • Drizzle more chaat masala over them.

SERVE WITH KETCHUP.
