Easy And Fast Way To Smileys :)


Smileys are most lovable and tempting for all. But you don't need to trouble your pocket every time to have them.
I totally enjoy making this at home and loved the way how it turned out too.😃
Making this at home is not that hard at all and also you don't need expensive machines or ingredients in your kitchen.

Here we go... 


INGREDIENTS :
  • Potato -- A Large Boiled One.
  • Cheese -- 2 tbsp Grated.
  • Salt.
  • Chilly Powder/ Red Pepper Powder.
  • Black Pepper.
  • Oregano.
  • Cornflour.
  • Oil.
FOR SHAPE:
  • Straw.
  • Spoon.
RECIPE:
  • Grate the boiled potato in a bowl.
  • Mesh it really well. Make sure that lumps must not be there.
  • Add Salt, Chilly Powder/ Red Pepper Powder, Black Pepper, Oregano and Grated Cheese (You can add any hand on cheese. It hardly matters at all).
  • Add Cornflour in the mixture and make a dough.
  • Let this dough rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Divide the dough into equal parts and make smooth balls and flatten it.
  • Use a straw to make eyes and spoon to make smile. 😃
  • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. 
  • Drop smileys into hot oil and fry till light brown and it becomes crispy.
  • Drain over tissue paper.
  • Serve Hot with Chilly Sauce (Or any ketchup).

I am sure all of you must have a great fantasy for maggie. Even I am also fanatic about maggie since my childhood. I used to eat it twice a day. I love it even plain. This recipe adds more jazz to the all-time favourite with the goodness of veggies and hotness of spices. This post is dedicated to all the maggie lovers like me. Check it out! Pasta is a staple food of traditional Indian Cuisine. Pasta  is generally a simple dish but comes in many varieties due to its versatility.  It is a most asked dish at home. So, all the Pasta Lovers out there....here's your easy and tempting white pasta dish with healthy and nutritious vegetables.  You can also cut down some calories by using olive oil instead of butter and skip the cheese. Here We Go..... INGREDIENTS : Pasta. Salt.  Black Pepper. Butter. Oil. Vegetables -  Onion, Bell pepper, Beans, Baby corn (you can add if you want some more.) Cornflour. Milk.
