Bread Pizza Recipe

Bread Pizza is more alike a small form of pizza. If you don't have much time to prepare dough then this is a quick and easy substitute that you can prepare easily anytime.

Toasted bread is used as a base in this recipe and remaining all processes like toppings, baking and seasoning are same as in pizza recipe.



INGREDIENTS:
  • Bread.
  • Butter (I used Garlic and Herbs. You can use any butter).
  • Onion.
  • Garlic paste.
  • Tomato.
  • Green Chilly.
  • Red Chilly.
  • Red, Green, Yellow, Orange Bell Pepper.
  • Cheese (I used Mozzarella. You can use any hand on cheese).
  • Salt.
  • Red Pepper Powder.
  • Chilly Flakes.
  • Oregano.
  • Basil.
RECIPE:
  • Toast the bread.
  • Take a bowl and mix Garlic Paste in the butter.
  • Apply this mixture on the toasted bread.
  • Add finely chopped onion, tomato, green chilly, red chilly, bell peppers (all four).
  • Drizzle salt and red chilly powder.
  • Add grated cheese and drizzle oregano and chilly flakes.
  • Preheat oven at 400F.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or till the cheese melt.
  • Add Fresh Basil leaves at the end.
SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP..... 😋

Cheesy Vegetable White Pasta

Idli fry is an easy and yummy dish made up from leftover idlis. This delicious snack can also be used as an appetizer before any meal or can also be used as evening snack to complement your hot tea.This will gonna be a great offering if sudden guests are coming over. Check this out!😊 INGREDIENTS : Leftover Idli (Refridgerated). Oil. Red chilly powder. Chaat masala or pav bhaji masala. RECIPE : Cut the leftover refrigerated Idlis into fingers. Heat oil in a pan till medium hot or suitable for deep frying. Add idli fingers into hot oil and fry till golden brown or till fingers become crispy from outside. Drain the fried idlis on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle red chilly powder, chaat masala or pav bhaji masala and mix well. Serve immediately.
