Chow Mein is a stir-fried noodle. This can be prepared at home easily and it really does tastes as amazing as in any Chinese restaurant.

INGREDIENTS:
- Cabbage.
 - Carrot.
 - Onion.
 - Bell Pepper.
 - Green Chilly.
 - Red Chilly.
 - Ginger-Garlic paste.
 - Salt.
 - Red pepper powder.
 - Turmeric powder.
 - Chilly sauce.
 - Vinegar.
 - Soya sauce.
 - Oil.
 - Cilantro leaves.
 
RECIPE:
- Take around two liters of water and boil noodles in a pan till it becomes soft.
 - After boiling, wash them with chilled water and grease some oil.
 - Heat oil in a pan and add Ginger-Garlic paste.
 - Saute chopped onion, green chilly, red chilly, bell pepper, cabbage and carrot.
 - Add boiled noodles and mix.
 - add Salt according to taste, Red pepper powder, Turmeric powder.
 - Add 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp Soya sauce.
 - Mix well and add ketchup (optional).
 - Drizzle some cilantro leaves for garnishing.
