Yummy Veg Chowmien.



Chow Mein is a stir-fried noodle. This can be prepared at home easily and it really does tastes as amazing as in any Chinese restaurant.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Cabbage.
  • Carrot.
  • Onion.
  • Bell Pepper.
  • Green Chilly.
  • Red Chilly.
  • Ginger-Garlic paste.
  • Salt.
  • Red pepper powder.
  • Turmeric powder.
  • Chilly sauce.
  • Vinegar.
  • Soya sauce.
  • Oil.
  • Cilantro leaves.

RECIPE:
  • Take around two liters of water and boil noodles in a pan till it becomes soft.
  • After boiling, wash them with chilled water and grease some oil.
  •  Heat oil in a pan and add Ginger-Garlic paste.
  • Saute chopped onion, green chilly, red chilly, bell pepper, cabbage and carrot.
  • Add boiled noodles and mix.
  • add Salt according to taste, Red pepper powder, Turmeric powder.
  • Add 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp Soya sauce.
  • Mix well and add ketchup (optional).
  • Drizzle some cilantro leaves for garnishing.

Pasta is a staple food of traditional Indian Cuisine. Pasta  is generally a simple dish but comes in many varieties due to its versatility.  It is a most asked dish at home. So, all the Pasta Lovers out there....here's your easy and tempting white pasta dish with healthy and nutritious vegetables.  You can also cut down some calories by using olive oil instead of butter and skip the cheese. Here We Go..... INGREDIENTS : Pasta. Salt.  Black Pepper. Butter. Oil. Vegetables -  Onion, Bell pepper, Beans, Baby corn (you can add if you want some more.) Cornflour. Milk. GARNISHING (Optional) : Mint Leaves. RECIPE : Boil about two liters of water for 2 minutes and add pasta with some amount of oil and salt.
