Cheesy Vegetable White Pasta

Pasta is a staple food of traditional Indian Cuisine. Pasta is generally a simple dish but comes in many varieties due to its versatility.

It is a most asked dish at home. So, all the Pasta Lovers out there....here's your easy and tempting white pasta dish with healthy and nutritious vegetables.

You can also cut down some calories by using olive oil instead of butter and skip the cheese.

Here We Go.....

INGREDIENTS :

  • Pasta.
  • Salt.
  • Black Pepper.
  • Butter.
  • Oil.
  • Vegetables - Onion, Bell pepper, Beans, Baby corn (you can add if you want some more.)
  • Cornflour.
  • Milk.

GARNISHING(Optional) :
  • Mint Leaves.

RECIPE :

  • Boil about two liters of water for 2 minutes and add pasta with some amount of oil and salt. Boil for around 10 min (you can increase the timer if you want to soften them).
  • While that's happening, heat the fry pan and add some butter. Saute the finely chopped vegetables (Onion, Bell pepper, Beans, Baby corn) for 2 minutes.
  • Drain the boiled pasta and apply some oil. It will leave them fresh and non-sticky. Heat a pan and add butter.
  • Add cornflour and milk.
  •  Stir Occasionally.
  • Add Cheese (You can use any hand on cheese like parmesan, mozzarella etc). Add Saute Vegetables in the pan and pasta.
  • Add salt (Be careful at the time of adding salt if you are using salted cheese) according to the taste and black pepper for the exotic flavor.

You can also use mint leaves in the end for garnishing.

Serve Immediately. Enjoy Hot  :)

Once you know how to make a perfect dough, you can turn it into anything your heart desires.  I hope you will like it. 😊 INGREDIENTS : 1 cup warm water 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar) 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cups bread flour (You must use bread flour as bread flour means more gluten, which means chewy crust). RECIPE : Take a bowl and stir yeast and honey into warm water.Sit for 10 minutes. You can use sugar if you prefer but I seem to get better results with honey. Pour in salt, oil and half the flour and mix. Once that flour is incorporated, start adding flour in bit by bit until you get the pizza dough to the consistency you want. Knead for exactly 6 minutes. The dough should be smooth and easy to work with. Lightly grease the bowl & t...
