Idli Fry Recipe

Idli fry is an easy and yummy dish made up from leftover idlis. This delicious snack can also be used as an appetizer before any meal or can also be used as evening snack to complement your hot tea.This will gonna be a great offering if sudden guests are coming over. Check this out!😊 INGREDIENTS : Leftover Idli (Refridgerated). Oil. Red chilly powder. Chaat masala or pav bhaji masala. RECIPE : Cut the leftover refrigerated Idlis into fingers. Heat oil in a pan till medium hot or suitable for deep frying. Add idli fingers into hot oil and fry till golden brown or till fingers become crispy from outside. Drain the fried idlis on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle red chilly powder, chaat masala or pav bhaji masala and mix well. Serve immediately. Yogurt Sandwich.

Sandwiches are easy and delicious to eat anytime to relieve your hunger. Meanwhile, you can do many variations in its stuffing. Yogurt is also one of its variations which is easy and yummy as well. You can grill it, toast the pieces of bread separately before stuffing or just simply eat it plain. It is delicious and tempting in all three of them. Paneer Nuggets.

I am back again with paneer. Paneer Nuggets is a deep fried paneer based recipe. It is a perfect snack to accompany you at the tea time. Please have a look.... INGREDIENTS:  For Marination:- Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp. Red chili powder- according to taste. Green chili- chopped. Salt- according to taste. Lemon juice-1 tbsp. Coriander leaves - chopped 2 tbsp. pepper - crushed(1/2 tsp). Panner Cubes- Big size(8 cubes). For Batter:- Corn flour - 1/4 cup. All purpose flour/maida - 2 tbsp. Pepper - crushed(1/2 tsp). Salt - According to taste. Water - 1/2 cup. For Deep Frying:- Cooking oil. 1/2 cup bread crumbs / crushed corn flakes. RECIPE:  Take a large mixing bowl and mix ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, chopped green chili, salt, pepper, coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix properly. Palak Paneer

Personally, I am just dying heart fan of paneer and I strongly believe that it's fascinating in all of its variants. Palak paneer is also one of its wannabes. It is easy and yummy at home. Check it out. INGREDIENTS:- Spinach - 500gms. paneer - 200gm (cubes). Refined oil - 2 tbsp. cumin seed - 1/2 spoon. Kasuri methi - 2 spoons. Bay leaf. Tomato- 2. Green chilly - 2. Ginger. Garlic. Onion - chopped. Cream - 2 tbsp. Salt. Red chilly powder. Garam masala. Turmeric powder. Asafoetida / Hing. RECIPE: Rinse the spinach and boil it in a container for 5-6 minutes. After boiling, put it immediately in an ice cold water. This helps to preserve green color of spinach. I am sure all of you must have a great fantasy for maggie. Even I am also fanatic about maggie since my childhood. I used to eat it twice a day. I love it even plain. This recipe adds more jazz to the all-time favourite with the goodness of veggies and hotness of spices. This post is dedicated to all the maggie lovers like me. Check it out! INGREDIENTS :    For Balls: 1 Cup Shredded Carrot. 1 Cup Shredded Cabbage. 1/2 Cup Chopped Capsicum. 1/2 Cup chopped Onion. 1 finely chopped green chilly. 1 finely chopped Red chilly. Soy sauce. Ginger-Garlic paste. Chilly sauce. Salt. Paprika powder. Cornflour. All-purpose flour(maida) Oil for deep frying. For Gravy: 1/2 tsp finely chopped Ginger. 1/2 tsp finely chopped Garlic. 1/2 tsp finely chopped Green chilly. 1 cup finely chopped onion. 1 cup medium chopped capsicum. Oil- 2-3 tbsp. Soy sauce. Maggie Noddles Momos.

INGREDIENTS : All-purpose flour(maida). salt to taste 2 tsp oil Water to knead the dough. Cabbage leaf for placing in the tray 2 tsp oil. 2 cloves garlic.- chopped. 1/2 medium sized chopped onion. 1/4 cup shredded cabbage. Salt Pepper. 1½   cup water. 1 packet maggie masala. 1 packet maggie noodles. 1 packet maggie magic masala. ½ tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp vinegar. 1 tbsp schezwan sauce. RECIPE: Take 1 cup of maida, salt, and oil in a large mixing bowl. Add water and knead a dough. Brush some oil. Cover and rest for 1 hr. Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped garlic and vegetables. Add Salt and pepper. Add water and let it boil. Add maggie noodles, maggie masala, and maggie magic masala and wait until it absorbs all water from the pan. Add soy sauce, vinegar and schezwan sauce. We all love pizza. You can easily learn how to make it at home. The hardest part in pizza making is the crust. Today i wanna share my perfect pizza dough recipe. Once you know how to make a perfect dough,you can turn it into anything your heart desires.  I hope you will like it. 😊 INGREDIENTS : 1 cup warm water 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar) 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cups bread flour (You must use bread flour as bread flour means more gluten, which means chewy crust). RECIPE : Take a bowl and stir yeast and honey into warm water.Sit for 10 minutes. You can use sugar if you prefer but I seem to get better results with honey. Pour in salt, oil and half the flour and mix. Once that flour is incorporated, start adding flour in bit by bit until you get the pizza dough to the consistency you want. Knead for exactly 6 minutes. VEGGIE MOMOS RECIPE

It is one of the most popular fast foods in Nepal.  Momo has become a traditional delicacy in Nepal, Tibet and among Nepalese/Tibetan communities in Bhutan, as well as  Sikkim  state and  Darjeeling district  of India. Momos have also spread to other countries like United States (some parts), UK and India. INGREDIENTS : FOR DOUGH : 2 cups All purpose flour(Maida). 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp Baking powder. FOR STUFFING : 1 cup grated carrots. 1 cup grated cabbage. Oil. 1/2 cup chopped onions. 1 tsp chopped garlic. 1 tsp Soy Sauce. Salt. 1/4 tsp Vinegar. 1/4 tsp Black Pepper. RECIPE : Mix the  maida , salt and baking powder in a bowl and knead to a stiff dough with water. Brush some oil over dough and let it rest. Heat oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Add the carrot and cabbage.Saute over high heat.  Add Soy sauce, salt, vinegar and black pepper and mix. Roll the dough thin and cut into small round shape.  Place some filling in the centre 

CURD RICE RECIPE

Curd rice  also called  yogurt rice  is a dish of  India . In South Indian home cuisine, it is standard to eat curd rice at the end of lunch and dinner, which helps ease the effects of the spicy main dishes.  It is also said to aid digestion. Hope you will like it 😊 INGREDIENTS : Rice. Lemon Juice- 1tsp. Curd. Salt. Sugar. Coconut Oil - 2tsp. Dry Red Chilly. Mustard Seeds. Cumin Seeds. Split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal). Curry Leaf (Meethe Neem). Peanuts. RECIPE : Take a pan and boil water. Add washed rice in the pan. Add lemon juice and let it boil. Then let it cool. Add curd, salt, sugar and rice prepared above in a bowl. Take a pan and add oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilly, peanuts and curry leaf in the hot oil. Spring rolls of different shapes, sizes and fillings have been a popular snack in Asia for centuries. It is believed that spring rolls originated from  China . They were a seasonal food consumed during the  spring. 😀 INGREDIENTS : Chowmein. Spring Roll sheets. Oil. RECIPE : Refer my previous blog for chowmein recipe. Place chowmein in the spring roll sheet and pack the edges. Hot oil in a pan. Deep fry rolls in the hot oil. SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP. Corn Chickpea Fritters.

INGREDIENTS: Chickpeas- 400gm (drained, rinsed). Milk- 1/2 cup. 2 eggs. Self-raising flour- 3/4 cup. 1 Zucchini. Corn kernels- 300 gm (drained.rinsed). Mint leaves- chopped. Green onions-3 (chopped). Salt. Red pepper powder. Olive oil. Chilly sauce. RECIPE: Roughly chop Chickpeas. Whisk milk and egg in a jug. Place flour in a bowl and add milk mixture gradually in the bowl, mix until smooth. Mix Chickpeas, Zucchini, Corn, Mint leaves and Onions in the mixture prepared above. Heat oil in a pan. Add some amount of mixture on the pan and spread a little using spatula. Khoya Pouch

Khoa or Khoya is a dairy product made by either dried whole milk or milk thickened by heating in an open iron pan. It is lower in moisture than typical fresh cheese. It is widely used for making sweets. This recipe is a sweet and delicious recipe of the fried pouches with the goodness of khoya. ENJOY THE RECIPE... 😃 INGREDIENTS: Khoa or Khoya. Sugar powder. Elaichi powder. Bread. Butter. Sugar. RECIPE: Take khoya in a pan and heat it. Take it in an another pan and let it cool down. Add sugar powder and elaichi powder.  Take a slice of bread. Apply some water and press it with hands. Place some above-prepared khoya mixture and pack it. Fry these pouches in the butter. Heat an another pan, add sugar and melt it. Unbaked Cheese Cake

Cheesecake is a dessert consisting of single or multiple layers. The uppermost layer consists mainly cheese (typically cream cheese). The Base is often made up of crushed cookies or digestive biscuits. Cheesecake is topped with fruits, nuts and cookies. Butter. Curd. Fresh cream. Condensed milk. Fruits. Nuts. Cookies. Let it cool in a fridge for 1 hour. while it's cooling, take a bowl and add curd, cream and condensed milk. Mix well. Cheezy Crostini

Crostini  is an  Italian   appetizer  consisting of small slices of  bread  and toppings. The toppings may include a variety of different  cheeses  and  vegetables , or may be presented more simply with a brush of  olive oil  and  herbs  or a  sauce . 😃 I Hope you will like it. 😊 INGREDIENTS: Bread Butter Garlic- chopped.
